Job Description
Kolibri Logistiek is a rapidly growing company in the logistics services sector. We specialize in fulfillment and fine-mesh distribution throughout Europe—and sometimes even beyond. We have a particular specialization in food, especially organic products.

A position is opening up in our Customer Service department for a proactive employee. Someone who understands that if Kolibri Logistiek wants to compete at Champions League level, the customer journey must be flawless. Someone who will do everything possible to provide the customer with a positive experience, even when issues arise. Someone who can make things happen and takes initiative where needed. Excellent communication is absolutely essential.

We are looking for a Customer Service employee with the following qualities:

  • Hands-on mentality

  • Problem solver

  • Ability to use friendliness and humor effectively to achieve goals

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German and/or French is a plus)
